To be an effective member in the oil and gas field and apply quality managment sysytem in oil and gas industry and enhance and improve the overall sytem

Quality engineer (Supplier Quality& Goods receiving inspection )
Job Description:
1.Receiving incoming goods
2.Contact person with suppliers (responsible for supplier quality & assure to apply their corrective actions)
3.Make qualifications for the new suppliers and new components by applying carrier standards.
4.Supplier development engineer.
5.Evaluation of the present suppliers

6.Participate in the Engineering project team (cross functional team) for introducing a new models into the factory.
7.Responsible for the quality clinic& Laboratory development by introducing a new measurement tools & equipments for proper investigations & analysis of the components & A/C units using computerized system with data acquisition cards.

Bachelor degree in Mechatronics engineering Ain Shams universty (2006)
•Master Degree in Quality management: 2007 (on progress) from Arab academy for science technology &maritime transportation
• Studying the following course(1st term):
1-Statistics for management decision
2-Contemporary management
3-Competition in global environment (international business)
4-Quality Assurance
5-Business process Re-Engineering.
•Six Sigma green belt: 2007 certified from AUC & Quality America Inst:
Achieve 4th position (92%).
•Able to be an effective member in a cross functional teams and play as a team leader in the six sigma projects.
•Applying the six sigma methodology (DMAIC) & VOC (voice of the customer) to achieve breakthrough improvements in the overall productivity and profitability of the organizations.
•Apply lean manufacturing to reduce the waste
