Commodities Operation / Trading

A tri-lingual Commodity operator / trader assistant operating on the international markets.

2007 – today Sales and logistic, VERDYOL International SA, an Erosion Control and Re-vegetation company based in Basel, directly reporting to the MD, I'm responsible of all the marketing and PR, specially with Oil companies in Africa (Shell, Maurel & Prom...).

2004 – 2006 Back Office Fuel Oil Operator, LITASCO (Lukoil International Trading And Supply Company), Geneva, Switzerland, responsible for all the Fuel Oil desk back office logistics with SAP system.
Reporting to the MD, in charge of all logistics, invoicing and financial control of the contracts.
My main tasks were :
- Backup all the operation/logistics tasks from vessel's charge to discharge : B/L, Insurance, Inspection, L/C, LOI....
- Follow up on daily basis of the creation / amendment / cancellation of any voyages in SAP system
- Update on a daily basis the voyage in SAP
- Liaise with Operations and input in SAP of all needed / requested logistics data (PO/SO, GR/GI)
- Issue provisional invoice upon request
- Issue final commercial invoice
- Post all incoming invoices related to purchases commodities & services
- Check and create accruals for service cost
- Check P&L per voyage
- Liaise with Contract desk issuance of protocols for lifting on terms contract

2002-2004 Management assistant, NG SA, Geneva.
