To work closely with a system development team as an IT Architect or System Analyst and become a well-trained and highly knowledgeable individual especially in Management Information System and Database Management technology in Oil and Gas field.

Geoscience System Support
1. Develop a Linux system infrastructure for Exploration group of users
2. Implement a Linux system setup to cater users need
3. Maintain Linux system to operating efficiency and minimal downtime.
4. Implement Solaris to Linux system migration
5. Manage Linux system to integrate with all Exploration's application software.
6. Maintain Exploration's current workstations/server system
7. Provide first level technical support for any Linux and UNIX system problems.
8. Trouble-shooting of hardware, software and operating system problems, tracking of issues and solutions and issue escalation.
9. Provide application support to Exploration users.
10. Manage Exploration database system for all reports, well logs, seismic data and interpretation studies

Data and Record Management Assistant
To provide data information assistance to geologists/geophysicists in order to facilitate the interpretation, integration and presentation of well and seismic data. I have implemented and administrate a working database for seismic and well data by using microsoft access. i study the procedure of how seismic and well data is stockpiled in order to understand the business process. The database will be then upload into E-Search application, a searching application which is becoming widely used in oil and gas industry

Main key task:-
1 Setup and manage exploration document database (E-Search).
2 Manage document filing, storage, bar-coding and archiving.

a. Seismic by using Final Marine Site Survey Acquisition Reports, Final Processing Reports, OB Logs and other supporting document (Fish Trap Scouting, Contractor Performance, etc)

b. Well by using Final Well Reports, well proposal, well logs, various core reports, biostratigraphic reports, etc.

3. Manage document numbering, duplication and issue.
4. Administration and maintenance of exploration department technical library, ensuring that all technical standards and codes of practice are maintained and updated to the latest amendments.
5. Focal point for contractor's documentation, controlling receipt and timely return
