Instruments installations, services, repairs, calibration, maintenance and projects.

* TRANSMITTERS: Foxboro, ABB Kent, Endress And Hauser, Yokogawa - for level, flow, pressure and temperature measurement, capacitance probes, ultrasonic, proximity and photo sensors. RTDs and thermocouples. Vortex and magnetic flowmeters.

* STAND ALONE CONTROLLERS: Foxboro, ABB Kent, Honeywell, Yokogawa and the electronic 505 Woodward governor steam turbine speed controller.

* RECORDERS:

* INDUSTRIAL ANALYZERS:
Oxygen analysers for boiler flue gas (Yokogawa and ABB Kent zirconia cells), pH (Yokogawa, ABB Kent and foxboro), conductivity, and density measurement (Berthold Densometers using radioactive source systems). Radio frequency probes (digital duotrac and digitrans).

* AC/DC DRIVES:
ABB ACS 600, ACS800, Saftronics, Siemens Simoreg and Simovert and 1336 plus Allen Braddley drives. Also worked on the Siemens SIMOCODE interface module.

* P L Cs:
Has worked and done some programming on Siemens Simatic S5 and S7, Modicon Quantum, Mitsubishi FX, Allen Bradley SLC-5000 control logix (with rslogix and linx) and the Yokogawa Stardom PLCs.

* SCADAs: Has worked on the Wonderware In- Touch based software control package (development), versions 7.1 and 9.0, the Adroit 5.0 version software control package and the Magelis HMI. Also worked on the Fieldbus, Modbus Plus, Controlnet and Ethernet industrial data communications network systems.

* CONTROL VALVES:
Overhauling, and stroking of Foxboro, Fisher, Masoneilan, AMRI KSB, Mitech and Copes Valcan valves including valve positioners(Siemens Sipart smart positioner and the AMRI Smartronic positioner).

* WEIGHING SYSTEMS:
Trek, Avery, and Richard Simon microprocessor based, PLC driven, self-optimising batch scales, BETAPACK and REPMA packaging station (form and fill for 500g, 1kgs, and 2kgs packets) Avery and Mascot weighbridges, ABB Kent Ramsey belt weighers and a variety of Avery weighers.

* CALIBRATION EQUIPMENT:
Yokogawa BT200 Brain Terminal and Pactware(version 3.0), Budenburg Dead Weight Tester, wall mounted mercury and water manometers, Hart Communicator, Endress And Hauser Commulog and Commuwin (package) and a variety of signal (mA, volts, resistance, temperature) simulators.
