Co-Ordination of day to day shut down activities supported by technicians
• Planning and Procurement
• Assembling, Dismantling, Servicing, and Calibration of various types of Control Valve.
• Perform Impulse Line½ Tubing and Instrument Air line½ MS piping.
• Fabrication, erection Installation of Tray work, Conduit work, Junction Box, Control Room Panel, any type of supporting fabrication and as per requirement
• Survey and Identification exacts location for mounting instrument stanches, padster, JB, Cable Tray, control room panel with clients and consultants.
• Verification of glanding and cable termination as per cable schedule.
• Verification of flow elements and control valves installation as per P & ID.
• Identification of impulse line tapping as per piping diagram.
• Supervision of cable tray installation, cables laying (under ground cabling & above ground cabling) Cable meggerring, continuity checking, junction Boxes installation. Cable glanding and cable termination in the Field instrument, junction boxes and control room.
• Preparing the punch list for various items and preparing the commissioning documents.
• Perform instrument Loop checking carried out with clients.
• Hydro testing of Impulse line and Inspection of the instrument along with the clients.
• Receiving day-to-day progress of the job with the consultant as per planning schedule and reporting the progress of the job with the clients.
• Arranging the spares and consumables for the smooth progress of the job.
• Delivering toolbox talks with the instrument personnel regarding safety aspects for the tools and personnel.
• Co-ordination with consultant, client for smooth problems whenever area based on the demand
