 Preparation of shipping invoices (Import – Umbrella Transfer - Export invoices) for the Mother Companies to prepare the customs declarations and following up the formal procedures to receive the declarations approved & stamped from the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC ) , Getting certificate and kassima for every C/D.
 Coordinating with all company branches allover the world to proceed all import and export cases
 Coordinating with all the clearing agents and follow up all shipment clearance steps till receiving the shipments in Baker Hughes workshop. Following up with the Air Lines and vessel agencies the ETD and ETA of flights and vessels
 Preparing the final settlement sheet (Liquidation) and following up with the EGPC and Customs departments till obtaining final letter of settlements.
 Preparation of the customs validity renewing letter for the equipments cleared under the temporary clearance system, coordinating with clients, EGPC and customs departments.
 Renewing the customs validity period for the company cars released under the Temporary clearance system and dealing with the different customs & traffic departments.
 Keeping records for all company equipments and inventory showing all the movement cycle of the tools from one umbrella to another and from one company branch to another
