•Overseeing management accounting support for corporate decisions including project pricing review, ad hoc management reporting, make buy analysis and cost accounting.
•Preparing MIS of planned vs actual performance for corporate departments and the BU.
•Establishing and implementing group-wide accounting policies and procedures.
•Responsible for managing the supplier and sub-contract activates of the entire company includes negotiation and finalising the supply and sub-contract agreement.
•Handling Contractual Matters related to Construction Contract, Review Standard Formats for Award Work Order & Purchase Order, Review Extra items, Variations and Claims.
•Review Contractual Terms, Payments Terms, Retention, Withholding Tax, Insurance & Taxation.
•Ensure that tax planning advice is sought to optimize tax implication and that taxation is carried out in compliance with relevant government laws and regulations.
•Successfully handling the information processing system, which includes a LAN of 20 PCs.
