Product Profile: Electronics
 Processing/Monitoring/Controlling Documentation related to Sales functions and Inventory in an ERP environment (ORION ERP).
 Receiving stocks from Supplier and other locations. Follow up exceptions with the Purchase department & Dispatch Purchase returns.
 Process the entire inventory related documentation through Barcode Module and maintain effective barcode procedure in retail functions.
 Identify item code/barcode duplication and report to the Business Process Manager.
 Generate obsolete items list to the BPM for item code freezing.
 Request item code creation to BPE, and provide necessary information for the item code creation.
 Posting of all Manual Documents in system and documents generated through system which get stuck during data transfers from POS to ORION.
 Handle transfers related to inter-location/company.
 To address problems related to documentation/stock/Barcodes and provide solutions.
 To generate various reports like daily/monthly sales report, ageing items list, stock movements etc, depending on the requirement of the management.
 To conduct Random/Yearly Stock takes and generate the initial discrepancy report and forward the same to Higher Management.
 To reconcile the stock discrepancy and generate the Net Discrepancy report.
 Backup Customer Service/ Delivery in charge in absence of the respective person.
