I working like Project Doctor Part of QHSE SAIPEM Med for SAIPEM ENI Italy to one vessel of this company and main activity is emergency medical service for 210 member of ship’s crew. Receiving, consulting, diagnosing and treating medical and surgical emergencies; giving initial first aid treatment to any injured persons on board; attending and treating to any sick persons on board; giving necessary treatment to injured or ill persons awaiting transport to shore and determine such requirements to send persons ashore; reporting to the Barge Master and Superintendent with regard to all accidents and injuries and compile reports accordingly; maintaining complete medical records of all crew members and the drugs log book; ensuring all personnel onboard are in possession of valid medical certificate; sending samples of drinking water and fresh water ashore for detailed analysis; counselling domestic crew in matters of hygiene; participating to regular hygiene inspections of internal areas; organizing and delivering First Aid Courses for all personnel; organizing and recording first aid teams

I was working in Klinik Swargabara in Borneo Island as an Expatriate Medical Advisor offering medical assistance for expatriate employee of K.P.C. Company and supervisory all medical activities in Klinik Swargabara and Klinik Tanjung Bara.
I managed these two clinics with 12 doctors and 30 nurses and I improved many emergency procedures in these clinics. I was responsible about all emergency situations, repatriations, referrals to other Hospitals (Singapore, Sidney), training the all personal, and training to emergency units in coal mine; organize the Medevac for expatriate employee.
