Maintenance planner

I have over 15 years experience working as Maintenance Planner specifically in the Petroleum industry. I was working on Maximo maintenance management system in the Gulf Of Suez Petroleum Company (Gupco), which was branch of Amoco before selling their shares to BP (British petroleum) since 1990 till 1999. Prior to that, I was working for Qarun Petroleum Company, which is branch of Apache on GMS (global maintenance solution) since 1999 till May.2004 and I attended the system implementation for both companies as I started the system from scratch building up the database, putting the plan, making generation for the work order, updating tasks and job plan, equipment and inventory, creating monthly, 6 month and annual reports which include output of (man power, inventory, material cost, labour cost, machinery availability & reliability…etc

Also I work in facility management in G.S. Hall for the BBC – broadcasting House as senior maintenance planner and after that I was working for Inviron facility Company as building service engineer. Putting the monthly plan, building up the asset management, tasks and job plan, updating the system with new assets and new service company contracts, team leader, preparation for audit process…etc

Also, I was working in the rail industry for the Tube Lines Ltd. as a Maximo maintenance planner as the company was responsible for maintaining the Northern line track, updating the system with track faults, creating PM and CM work order, update ultrasonic rail, lubrication, monthly PM3 & PM4 defect…etc

Currently I am working for AMEC Building & Facilities Services which been sold to the French company SPIE Mathew Hall in Terminal 5 – Heathrow airport as Maintenance planner working with the Project team to create and maintain project plans and Establishing PPM regime for the company assets and working with the commissioning team side by side to ensure preservation maintenance activities are taking place.

My previous roles had many aspects which equips me with several years experience.

I am very ambitions, enthusiastic, quick learner who can pick things up easily. I am MCP certified and extremely computer literate.
