Sr project engineer (Electrical T&D and instrumentation)

A qualified Project Engineer, possessing extensive experience in various aspects of operations and processes (PMP standards) for more than 5 years, with a wide range of technical proficiency in Electrical T&D and also instrumentation.

Project management oriented skills:

-Applying the Project Management standards by PMO.
-Balancing between projects triangle (Cost , Time , Scope).
-Closing and commissioning for many projects.
-I have a strong knowledge from my current job in industrial feasibility study for various industrial projects such as (Dairy and Juices, decorative Paints, Steel rebar manufacturing, compact fluorescent lamp manufacturing, etc…).

-Having a strong experience dealing with siemens protection relays like (Distance relays, Differential relays, Transformer protection, etc…) -Commissioning of different dry type and oil immersed transformers for different ranges of power.
-Strong knowledge of different switchgear for low and medium voltages and it was assisted by attending different sessions and seminars for Schneider and siemens in their switchgear products.

Control and instrumentation oriented skills:

-Working on PLC of for various projects like
-Batch control system for concrete
-Graduation project.
-Blow molding machines.
-Water purification blocks control of Imbaba Water Station.
-Design a complete solution for the saponfication process in Unilever using OMRON PLC
-A strong knowledge with Pepperl & Fuchs instrumentation in factory division and process division
-Working with SCADA software like (CIMPLICITY of GE fanuc) and Indusoft

• Installation of Soap line to accept sizes from 90-110Gm (Unilever Mashreq) , Leads to 50000LE cost saving
• The electrical installation for the Bits Line (Unilever Mashreq) , leads to 35000 LE cost saving
• Complete reinstallation of lines 3&4 and Roll mills insertion. (Unilever Mashreq)
• The best project ever happen that I was one of the team that made a complete automatic vertical packaging machine for soap. (Unilever Mashreq)
• Design and installation of a Saponification preparation area in the soap factory. (Unilever Mashreq)
• I was responsible for the electrical installation of Al ghory group of 12 locations with an electrician team of 12 technicians (Arab contractors).
