To enhance my abilities in Plant Process related environment. Thus, as per my current knowledge and skills, I can contribute towards smoother flow of any troubleshooting and plant controlling.

Responsible to all routine jobs such as additive preparation periodic maintenance and quality monitoring additive.
Responsible to check agitator for abnormal noise, heat up, vibration and lubricating oil level.
Daily process plant data taking for temperature, pressure, flow and plant condition.

Responsible in plant controlling for rector/SRU System/Pelletizing
Starting, stopping and switching reciprocating compressor and piston type compressor.
Experience in normal and emergency process controlling.
To maintain the smoothness of production operation and free of accident, disasters and environmental pollution.
Experience to handling pump for starting, stopping and charge over such as centrifugal pump, plunger pump, Gear Pump, Vacuum Pump and Blower.
Qualified Boardman using Distributed Control System (DCS) who responsible to control plant operation variable such as reactor.
Responsible to star-up, shut down and change over Steam Generator
Responsible to start and shut down Heat Exchanger.
