Currently working as a Deputy Credit Manager where my main responsibities are:
- Collect all outstanding Dollars
- Review contract/tenders and set the most accurate credit limits possible and maintain all open accounts on a current basis
- Participate in negotiation of settlement or facilitate settlements of dispute accounts
- Work with other employees in operations ,sales .etc to encourage compliance with company policy in the extension of open terms and the collection of past due dollars
- Review all open accounts with Local Management and prepare report
- Update monthly reports such as AR bad debt repot, unrecognized revenue ,ENB and other reports may be required
- Reviews accounts to be recommended for write off and assist in report preparation
- Evaluate customer records and recommend the accounts to be closed ,credit limit reduced or extended or obtain outside collection service to secure our rights

Receivable Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation for (4) branches.
- Follow up of overdue accounts and undelivered open invoices with branches.
- Record collection of legal checks and Reconcile Legal and Dishonored cheques balances / details with the legal affairs records.
- Review the commercial accounts processes performed at the company’s distribution center to ensure accurate and timely recording and handling of the financial records as per company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the performance of branch accountants.
- Enhance the unification and consistency of the reporting system
- Prepare monthly reports pertaining to physical count results for dishonored checks, outstanding invoices and branch inventory count result.
