Precommissioning and Commissioning process operator

• definition and supervision of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities associated with new and upgraded plant, machinery and control systems;
• administration of site documentation associated with the commissioning activities;
• checking as-built drawings and documents, and following approved modifications for the plant, and for the documentation;
• preparation of method statements for commissioning;
• supervision pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities, in order to ensure completeness and compliance with our process specifications and HSE requirements, while respecting the time frame;
• ensure that all activities scope of work are executed in accordance with HSE rules, standard practice and execution methodology;
• control Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities (flushing, air blowing, chemical cleaning, steam blowing,nitrogen blowing, washing, leak test, reinstatement, filling the systems, punch list, etc); preparation in order to achieve desired targets in conformity with established quality, schedules, process performance and loss prevention requirement defined by the project;
• supervision of contractors while they are carrying out commissioning activities associated with the process and auxiliary plant, and related instrumentation, electrical, and safety systems;
• coordinate with the different involved partners and disciplines to ensure compliance and commitment with defined milestones in terms of schedule;
• prepare and communicate work progress reports; preparation and follow up of punch list, report status and assign priority.
• commissioning and start-up of plant, machinery and control system, including field
instruments, fire and gas systems, and electrical power generation and distribution.

Operations (Pre-Mechanical Completions) PMC Technician

• inspection for completing first line mechanical/piping .
• inspection of Piping as per P&ID and Isometric Drawings, punch list preparation/clearance.
• participation at the pre-mechanical commissioning activities such as: air blowing, water flushing,
steam blowing, degreasing and dry-out activities, leak test, tightness test and hand-over systems;
