I have work experience in foreign companies in the area of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Industry, Construction sites-Civil, Electrical & Mechanical, HSE, QA/QC, Administration, offshore experience. Excellent spoken and written in English, Turkish & Azerbaijani & Russian. The various safety trainings, job safety analysis & risk assessment knowledge, experience on different industries and, will be a definite asset to any company striving for optimal choice for activities that support achievement of HSE targets and promote attainment of Company’s HSE goals of no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment. I have experience on major projects in Azerbaijan, such as: Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC Pipeline project-from construction till commissioning phase inclusive,PSA1Pump Station Azerbaijan and IPA1-Intermediate Pigging Station 1), Azeri-Chirak-Guneshli (ACG fabrication of topside decks/platforms-Central Azeri, West Azeri & East Azeri & install sub sea pipelines in the Azerbaijan sector of Caspian Sea), and BP-Shadeniz Gas Exploration Project, Diving Support Vessel Tofik Huseynov and Pipe Lay Barge(PLBG). On the other hand, I experienced and deemed competent to conduct HSE pre-audit risk assessments \ audits \ HSE trainings offshore - on the above mentioned areas. During my most recent 2 jobs I got 2 promotions.
