History: ASSISTANT ENGINEER.

Gatron Industries Ltd is an ISO-9001 certified petrochemical plant, manufacturing of Textile grade, bottle grade PET polymer and polyester fiber.
Job Descriptions:
Worked as an Errection Engineer from Electrical/Instrumentation Department on installation of “New Texturizing plant”, which is an excellence of Chinese Technology. Plant installation was carried out under the supervision of Chinese engineer from SAURER BARMAG Company. Plant is now on production.

1. During erection installed OMRON and Mitsubishi PLCs, Samco-e, Mitsubishi, Puma, Ferric and Danfoss inverters, Digital Controllers, Temperature, Pressure & Pneumatic Instruments.

2. Hands on experience on installed application of computer technology in real – time environment process and machine control carrying out the following jobs.

3. Display configuration, Control configuration, trend and historian configuration, backup and security configuration.

4. Hands on experience on Siemens PLC S5/ Siemens Simovert drives.

5. Working with different types of Contactors, Over Load, Relays, Timer, Breakers, and Liquid Level Controllers etc.

6. Hands on experience on installation, calibration, Maintenance and trouble shooting of electronic and pneumatic instruments.

7. Planning and scheduling of Yearly/monthly Routines & shut down Maintenance.
