Presently I am working as Electrical Shift Supervisor in electrical & instrumentation operation department. From 18th January 2005 to till. I also have been worked in MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT.
Responsibilities

„« Reading understanding and application of electrical drawings.
„« Work on control system (PLC system) of 15.1MW Diesel engine (Wartsila 18V46).
„« Troubleshoot and maintenance of generators auxiliaries and their control panels.
„« Work in 11kv switchgear room included SF6 Breakers.
„« Work in 132kv switchyard. On 132kv lines ISULATORS, SF6 Breakers, CVT&CCVTs.



„« Synchronizing and Load Sharing of DGs and control the parameters from CONTROL ROOM.
„« Work on different types of protection relays over current, reverse power, under voltage, Diff potential, Earth fault relays etc.
„« Work on thermocouple devices, PT100, Pressure Transducers, Speed Sensors, Temperature Switches etc.
„« Troubleshoot and maintenance of all electrical equipments included motors & lightening system etc in all plant.
„« Also work on fire fighting equipments like smock detectors, fire alarm system and other equipments.

Job Practical Training

a- Reading, understanding and application of production drawings.
b- Understanding and use of related measuring instruments and production tools/machines.
c- Assembly and mounting of modular components / parts on the products.
d- Making HT/LT winding coils of distribution and power transformers.
e- Laying the core laminations as per design and packeting the transformers cores.
f- Dispositioning of HT/LT windings on the core and assembling of active part.
g- Interlinking the winding coils and brazing the connections.
h- Dispositioning of active parts in the tank and joining the end connections to the tap changer/control gear.
i- Dismantling and assembling transformers.
j- Testing transformer windings with respect to design specification.
k- Repair/maintenance of related production equipment/machinery.
