Operations and Supply chain

Interested in a challenging position in Operations and Supply chain in a multinational organization where my ambitions would be best satisfied in supporting and helping the organization to achieve its business objectives.

• Logistics:
1-Prepare back up for every invoices to be approved by management.
2-Preparing RTI based on the invoice and packing list issue by the shipper.
3-Apply for the green light to legalize all WSV and D&M shipment in coordination with Managers.
4-Legalize all approved invoices
5-Arrange for the liner/charter vessel in coordination with the client and technical Manager
6-Arranging for all Exit/Entry permit required for the shipment going to rig via UAE or any ports.
7-Handle air shipment to Kish for the rigs
8-Track all movement in/out, monthly report to the concern people.
9- Insure that Trade Embargo Regulations are complied to (focus on hand-carry rules).

• Inventory Management:
1-Perform Monthly Physical Inventory

• Process Management:
1-Receive in SWPS all equipment & consumables arriving in UAE.
2-Coordinate Chemical and Equipment transfer from and to other Geomarkets (including FMT process).


• Procurement:
1- Support and Liaise with SCM for DM and WSV procurement needs in UAE.
2- Provide DM & WSV managers with all the required support documents in order to properly invoice customers.
3- Input PO in SWPS for approval by management for consumables and equipment / spares from outside IRG..

Associate Degree in Accounting at the Azad University, IRAN.

Also Driving Training Qualification, Drive Certification,
Substance Abuse, Electrical concepts, Environment and Emergency Response, Fire and
Fist Aid training.

Skills and Strengths:

• Extensive Knowledge of Shipping and forwarding including in-depth knowledge of importation/ exportation of project materials into and/ or from Iran.
• Mastery in Accounts Payables and ability to analyze and reconcile suppliers statements.
• Mastery in Payroll processing and bank reconciliation.
• Mastery in Accounts Receivables and ability to forecast the revenue.
• Extensive knowledge of General Ledger and ability to analysis the financial statements for reporting.
• Ability to work with numbers to deliver consistent, accurate and timely results.
• Strong team player.
• Cost effective and service oriented minded in order to ensure the client’s needs are met.
• Dedication to complete the tasks at hand, including preparedness to work outside office hours.
• Meeting operational needs and reacting accordingly, always being driven by the highest regard for HSE.
• Proficient in the operation of MS Windows and using Office applications.
• Experienced in using Eudora (electronic mailing system).
• Familiar with multinational oil Companies environment, especially through the current assignment with Schlumberger.
