Responsible for contractors and all activities on site for single-family and townhome projects.
Schedule, monitor, and inspect all work from start to customer orientation.
• Maintain budgets, process invoices, and control overhead costs.
• In co-operation with the sales team, I develop the technical and commercial tender response, taking customer needs into consideration, to optimize the proposal in terms of competitive positioning to the customer, leading to profitability for the company.
• Follow up on contracts to ensure registered margin and meeting Contractual deadlines.
• Identify discrepancies between registered and actual margin, Rationalizing causes and proposing improvements in the contractual process.
• Promote and uses through the prepared offers standards solutions studied by the design section to reduce production time and costs.
