I an in charge of new main control room & substation 306 my work is to installed switch gear panel, battery, battery monitoring system, MCCB box & UPS Panels installation, testing, charging, per commissioning & commissioning going on &
Other instrument side scada panel MTU panel, communication panel installed & commissioned with Yokogawa vendor & instrument panel installation
Going on & DCS System Honeywell TDC 3000 & Bailey INFI 90system, PLC triconex tricon version 8. turbine control system. Speed tronic MKS 5 & Bentley Nevada Vibration monitoring system 3300 & also worked on 3element boiler control system, cascade loop, feedback, feed forward control system, split rang & steam/gas turbine, compressor house, anti surge system, CCC system & trip system like pressure, temperature, level, switches & instruments all types, control valves, pneumatic & electronic controller & ESD system, read &understand P&I diagram, equipment layout drawing & worked with PLC leader drawing equipment layout, power layout, loop drawing, general arrangement drawing etc. to red , understand & explain other working group & handling manpower & scheduling of work, dealing with QC.,QA., client, man client & arranging all materials, preparation the documentations, drawing, as per project requirement Etc...
