Professional Experience
To operate, monitor and control my assigned work area through DCS/ICS stations safely & efficiently, to achieve target plant yield without any hydrocarbon loss and with in emission limits, and ensure effective hand-over on shift changes.
To ensure integrity functional tests and contain plant upsets and prevent minor emergencies escalating.
To ensure clear and concise communications between Field Operations, Supervisors and other sections.
To maintain detailed records of daily activities, Laboratory analysis in order to keep product quality on specification.
To handle emergency incidents (Fire, Gas leak, Plant Shutdowns etc.) and ensure emergency plans and procedures are adhered to.
To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.
Member of the fire fighting team.
Control treatment water quality by conducting LAB analysis (Hardness,
CL content, PH, Plugging index).
