mechanical maintenence engineer

Position: Shift Leader engineer
• Responsible for leading the production line operators , maintenance team , quality control operators and utilities maintenance and operation
• I have started with this company from the beginning when it was under construction and I have participated in the installation of the production line and the commercial startup with German team for three months and also participate in installation of the utilities as the compressors room and compressed air line , fire fighting system , Glue room with a team from Portugal
• I have a certificate of achievement for successfully completing a training course on Ad 2390, Arcomat 2 , on the concept and design of the machine , operation and control elements and procedures, alarm and fault messages, mechanical basic settings and identification and correction of faults

Position: Technical purchasing engineer performing various tasks in the purchasing department; most of which are outlined below:-

• Supervising & controlling purchasing procedures and completeness of purchasing documentary cycle

• Issuing required reports and purchase status to the Purchasing Manager
• Following up shipment clearance of imported Spare parts.
Utilities department
Assistance of the projects leader attend the completion and the finishing of 2 big projects which are
1- Chilled water system
a- Installation of a chiller 200 ton refrigeration
b- Installation of Four air handling units
d- Start up of the whole system and training on the microprocessor

2- Fire fighting systems
a- Installation of the systems which are 5 co2 systems , 1 FM 200 system , and sprinkler system
b- Examining the 2 systems with the Supplier and the company consultant to put them in service
