Type of Job:
Ø Processing various tenders and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ø Processing procurement of various contracts and services such as EPC, General Services contracts, building constructions, civil works, general plant maintenance, manpower provision, vehicle leasing contracts, staff transportation contracts, etc
Ø Researching suppliers, vendors and service contractors locally and overseas to identify potential sources for required materials, products and services.
Ø Determining procurement strategy such as specific tenders, limited tenders, open tenders or sole source tenders in accordance with established Company procedures
Ø Communicate with suppliers for Contract administration.
Ø Custodian of Discrepancy database and handling discrepancies in co-ordination with inventory stores and Purchase department.
Ø Involving in updating and preparation of procedures like P O award, tenders, amendment to Purchase Orders, Write off etc.
Ø Verify and follow up with insurance certificates and Bank Guarantees submitted by the Contractors in coordination with Finance Department.
Ø Preparing and publishing purchasing process performance indexes.
