*Conducts HSE Induction/Training to new employees, giving orientation on the safety requirements of the company and the client.
*Ensures that safety requirements stated on Method Statements for different construction activities are practiced on site.
*Ensures that safety precautions are met for works at height, excavation, electrical works, lifting activities and confined space entry.
*Checks housekeeping condition on the plant and coordinates with supervisors to ensure that it is practiced daily.
*Performs accident investigation and reporting, including first aid/injury and near miss reports.

*Checks safety of electrical hand tools, machineries, light and heavy equipments.
*Checks and ensures that lifting equipments along with lifting gears have undergone and passed required test. Checks operators and riggers certificates.
*Checks fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment/ alarm.
*Implements proper wearing and replacement of worn-out PPEs on site.
*Performs Safety Walkthrough and Site Inspection along with ADCO/ GASCO, NPCC,FLUOR,Technip (TPN) and other client representatives and construction supervisors.
*Checks waste disposal, liquid discharges and handling of hazardous materials and promote environmental safety and protection.
