TRAINING AT ONGC INDIA:

I have under gone for one & half month training at oil & natural gas commission of India in which I have worked at various GGS, gas separation, crude oil receiving & compression of gas through gas compressors in 1979.

COMPRESSORS:

Primary compressor of NOVO PIGNONE OF ITALY discharge pressure of 250 kg/ cm2 & hyper compressor (of BURCKHARDT OF GERMANY) COMPRESSING ETHYLENE GAS UP TO 2400 bar pressure & consuming 5.1 MW. Electric- Power. EXTRUDER:

Extruder section involves operation of start up and shut down of the pelletization. In which pelletization is done under water.

AS DCS CONSOLE OPERATOR:

The Responsibility involves start up and shutdown of the high- pressure plant. After Start-up of compressors pressurization of the system, reaction control and on- grade production as per the required quality and quantity. DCS TRAINING:

As ours is DCS based fully automatic plant I was undergone for training AT JRD TATA automation training center for a week at PUNE, from 30/08/1999 To 03/09/1999. DCS is a window base of HONEWELL AMERICA supplied by TATA HONEWELL.


COMPUTER SKILL:

I have taken training for computer basic skill on MS office for a period of two months.
Ours is a company, which is working on SAP system.

COMMISSIONING EXPERIENCE:

I have worked for commissioning the plant. In that water flushing, steam flushing, air flushing, Nitrogen flushing & hydrocarbon flushing.
Presently, since 29th May, 2007 I am working with YANSAB OF SABIC (YANBU NATIONAL PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY) AT YANBU OF KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA in it LLDPE (LINEAR LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE) Plant in which I am involved to write pre-commissioning procedures, commissioning procedures, sop, preparation of WEFS & all field activities of pre-commissioning & commissioning the systems of plant & PHU.
