I’m looking for a contract with endurable rotation (28 days on / 28 days off or 42 days on / 21 days off) as commissioning / production supervisor (process or utilities, onshore, Middle East). Other preferred jobs: procedures / manuals writer.

Chemical Engineer with 23 years experience in the completion activities (precommissioning, commissioning), start-up and operation of the refinery plants/GOSP/gas plants (process and utilities).

Precommissioning: performing conformity checks, static/de-energized tests, hydrotests, tightness tests, pipes/vessels flushing and cleaning by air/water, pipes blowing by air, steam pipes cleaning by steam; milestone = Mechanical Completion/Ready for Commissioning.

Commissioning: performing energisation, dynamic verifications, equipment running-in and on-line tests, utilities start-up, activities related to oil/gas-in preparation (piping dry-out, leak test and inerting, chemicals loading), operational tests; milestone = Ready for Start-up.

Start-up: performing oil/gas-in, bringing the plant in operation, performance test; milestone = Provisional/Final Acceptance.

1984-1989: Heavy Water, Plant Superintendent.
1989-1994: Refinery Plants, Shift Superintendent.
1994-1997: Refinery Technical Department, Process Engineer.
Since 1998: Working overseas, onshore (Syria, UAE, Egypt, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Qatar) for reputable companies to gas plant projects, as Commissioning Superintendent/Engineer/Supervisor.

At the present I have a temporary contract as PMC Engineer in Ras Laffan, Qatar, LNG project, 3 months on /2 weeks off (see my CV).
