Work Scope:
• Pump rating study to determine the duty and capacity of the water re-injection pump.
• Sensitivity analysis to determine the best pipe size for the discharge line and also the best flow rate for the re-injection process.
Ebocha Oil Center Revamp Project (Phase 2)
Client: Sudelletra Nigeria Limited
Work Scope:
• Developed the base model of Production Separator trains using Aspen Hysys
• Carried out and Extracted Material/Energy balances.
• Carried out calculations to access the operability of the separators if up-graded from 2-phase to 3-phase Separation units.
• Determined if the nozzles will handle the new flow
• Carried out line sizing using Hysys Pipe Sizing Utility
Oguta Debottlenecking Study
Client: Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC)
Work scope:
• Develop the base model to determine the operating constraints using HYSYS & Aspen Flarenet.
• Debottleneck facility to reduce the system backpressure on the surge vessel using HYSYS.
• Development of a new process flow scheme and the P&ID of the new Flare Barrel.
• Install new flare liquid knock out vessel to receive gas from XXHP and XHP
North Apoi/ Funiwa Revamp Study
Client: Chevron Nigeria Limited
Work Scope:
• Carrying out Material and Energy balance for the process flow.
• Carrying out relief studies on the North Apoi vessels.
• Carrying out vessel capacity checks on the Funiwa vessels.
• Determination the duty requirements and the capacity of the Funiwa Export pump.
• Determination of the optimal pipe size for the export pipeline.
• Determination of the number of stages for the compression process.
• Determination of the duty requirements of the air coolers and compressors for the compression station.
Funiwa Export Pipeline Sizing Studies
Client: Chevron Nigeria Limited
Work Scope:
• Determined the optimal pipe line size for fluid export from Funiwa to Escravos for various projected production rates considering different flow scenarios.
• Determined the maximum liquid capacity of the proposed pipeline sizes.
