• Assist in implementation of Company HSE Policy/Standards and Guidelines.
• Introduce HSE Improvement plans within context of department objectives.

• Act as facilitator for the implementation of Company HSEMS.
• Accident and Incident Investigation and Analysis as per HSE management directives and operational requirements.
• Department budgetary, cost control and monitoring.
• Contractor HSE performance monitor and reporting.
• Development and implementation of Company HSE Audit Plans.
• Implementation of Company HSE Risk Assessment Plans on the various projects and throughout the operations.
• Leadership in Implementation of Company Emergency Response Policy/guidelines.
• Definition of HSE guidelines and procedures in line with common HSE Management objectives.
• Implementation and monitoring of Company Security performance standards.
