Makes: Nuovo Pignone, Dresser Clark, Borsic Germany.
• Reciprocating Compressors: Checked and changed Valves, Piston rod, Piston Ring, Packing, Main end, Small end Bearings, Piston rod Alignments, Web deflection, made Temperature analysis, examined Lubrication, carried out Trouble Shooting, Over hauling, Shut down and Running Maintenance. Makes: Nuova Pignone, Ingersolerand, and Worthington.
• Steam Turbine: Ensured Maintenance of Rotor Replacement, Journal Bearing, Thrust Bearing, Laby rinth, Carbon packing, Deflector rings. Carried out servicing and changing of Over Speed Trip, Regulating Valves, Manual Trip & Reset Valve, rotor centring, seal ring centring etc. Makes: Terry, Elight, Coppers, Nuova Pignone Siemens etc.,
• Power Turbine and Gas Turbine (AVON- ROLLES ROYCE): Exposed in Maintenance of Rotor Replacement Journal Bearing, Thrust Bearing, Laby rinth, Buffer rings, including their servicing, changing, overhauling and shutdown maintenance. Type: RT48-AV76-B, Make: Copper-Bessemer (Power Turbine). Knowledge of Gas Turbine, Hot Gas Path Inspection, Combustion Inspection, Turbine clearance checking, Turbine Buckets changing, Nozzle block changing and etc., Make: GEC Frame 6, Thomassen International.
• Static Equipment: Experience in Maintenance of Static Equipment such as Heat Exchanger, after and Before Cooler, Steam and, Air Traps, Demister, Column, Converters etc.
• Servicing of Heavy duty Machinery Gear Box, Mixtures, Conveyor Belt, Motorized Conveyor Drums, Motor Operating Valves (MOV), Cooling Tower gear box, Torque Converters, Blower, F.D and I.D Fans, Over Head Cranes etc.,
Experienced in Hydraulic / Pneumatic systems (Offshore), marine Loading Arms (B0034, EMCO Wheaton, U.K. LTD), fire fighting controlling systems, Hy Gangways, Hy Mooring Hooks, and Capstain Heads.
