Monitor status and Provide system reports.

Negotiate supplier contracts and purchase agreements.
Carry out all the pricing negotiations to select the best offer.
Negotiate price and terms of payment with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders.
Prepare documentation for purchase orders.

Perform commercial evaluation of bids.
Prepare recommendations to tendering committees.
Issue purchasing orders of production requirements plan of raw materials.
Dealing with the customhouse for the current matters.
Review production schedules, related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material.
Requisition material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability.
Provide support and advice to trainee and assist them to be aware of procurement process.
