Worked with multinational companies in oil and Gas field development and FPSO projects. Presently working for Saipem for their ongoing FPSO project in Dubai as a Mechanical Engineer.

Over 12 years experience in Construction Management of Industrial facilities, Expansion, Construction of Oil and Gas plants onshore and offshore, Petrochemical plants, LNG, Refineries, FPSO’s. Responsible for reviewing salient features of contract, job specification, design requirements, construction sequence, work plan with comprehensive safety and feasibility, project specification, and international codes.
Experience in co-ordinating and monitoring the EPC contractors at site during the erection for proper execution of the project, Competent in brown field construction piping, mechanical and erecting, maintaining, operating of rotating and static equipment for offshore and onshore modules, jackets, turrets offshore platforms, FPSO’s ensuring the construction work is carried out with project specification area of concern and implementing corrective action.
Supervision for installation, mechanical completion, testing, pre-commissioning of package equipment like Sand Removal Package, Gas Compression Package, Gas Dehydration Package, Chemical Injection Package, Nitrogen Package, Glycol Injection Package for oil and gas industries.

Preparing site queries, site engineering requests, waivers and approval of the same in consultation with the client. Posses good knowledge and experience on all critical rotating equipment, especially Gas Turbine, Captive Diesel Generator, G T G, Gas & Air Compressor (Centrifugal / Reciprocating) Pumps, Engines and Boilers. Trained on career enrichment courses such as supervisory management and energy conservation & audit, attending HAZOP studies.

Knowledge of Safety procedures, H2S awareness confined space entry, breathing apparatus usage in Oil & Gas Industries, to maintained accident free atmosphere. Work experience on hazardous area and equipment. Experience in Reliability and Monitoring Equipment,
Experienced in actual Construction, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Start up Plant, Boiler, GTG, Heating Medium Heaters, Columns, Vessels, Skids, Drums, Internal of vessels Heat Exchangers, Fire Heater, Pig Launcher Air-Fin Coolers for Oil and Gas Plants, Petro Chemical, Gas Recycling Plants. Experienced also in Auto CAD 2000 and MS Applications, Primavera P3 for Project Planning and Preventive Maintenance Scheduling.
