Iam working In Engro Chemical Pkaistan Ltd since 1981

Production Operation with more than Twenty Eight years of experience in Ammonia & Urea as Shift Incharge. Participated in commissioning and startup of Ammonia plant of Engro Chemical Pakistan Expansion project(PAK -Ven-600) and also particiapted in Paksaudi fertilizer in Commissioning with SNAM PROGETTI at their reforming pst. .Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company Safety, Environment and quality policy during the shift. To be accountable for a Maintain Safety , Environment, Quality , Cost and Business ethics policies of the organization safe, economical and trouble free operation and safe emergency handling of Engro Chemical Ammonia-2 / Urea-2 and Utilities-2 units during the shift by providing effective leadership and coordination among the Production Department units and other departments. He leads the Emergency squad as per Emergency response procedures and ensures plant, personnel and community safety by effective rescue and containment operations in case of any emergency or fire. Also responsible for management , training and development of shift personnel as per units training and development.

Two year Apprenticeship in 1979- 1981 From Paksaudi Fertlizer Ltd ( Currently Foulji Fertlizer - III Mirpur Mathelo as a Chemical Plant Operator at Ammonia Plant.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
AUG 1981 to date with Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd. working as a Shift Incharge at Ammonia (1650 Met / day) of having Honey Well TDC-3000 control system.
October 1979 Worked at REFORMING post operator at Ammonia plant (1270 Met / day) of Paksaudi Fertilizer Ltd .
