Instrument Technician
· Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of instrument gauges included but were not limited to Yokogawa Chart Recorder , Electronic Load Cell, BEI electronic shaft encoders, Viatran pressure transmitter, turbine flowmeters and Micro Motion RFT9739 densitometer/transmitter.
· Responsible for the operations and downloading data of Precal, CTES Orion Data Acquisition System of Coiled Tubing Units and Allen Bradley PV600, Serva ACM-3 DAS of Cementing Unit.
· Rig up, and maintenance of BHA tools, Antech Cable logging heads, collectors during E-line and PLT with Schlumberger onshore/offshore jobs.
· Troubleshoots instrument problems, conducting root cause analysis and driving improvement initiatives.
· Experience in operation, maintenance, rig up and down of coiled tubing service line equipment at the well site.
· Perform the duties required in the preventive maintenance program to ensure that all maintenance needed is carried out and the equipment is ready to go for the next onshore/offshore job.
