2. April 2006 to May 2007 as a Production Executive in Reliance Industries Ltd, (Refinery Division), Jamnagar - Gujarat - Capacity 550 mmtpa.
Job - Profile : Working in Marine Tank Farm which is the main storage area of the refinery and storing various types of product & raw materials. We are storing a Crude oil, Fuel oil, HSD, SKO, ATF, Gasoline, Naphtha, P-Xylene & Benzene etc. Tanks are with floating roof having 92 meter dia. & 20 meter height, having a capacity of 120000 m3 each.
3. March 1995 to March 2001 working as Supervisor (Field & DCS operations) at Asian Paints Ltd., Phthalic Division, Ankleshwar. Petro Chemical plant licensed by Wacker AG, Germany. Manufacturing Phthalic Anhydride, 24000 TPA capacities. In this period, I had operated Mechanical operations as well as utilities operations. During these years, I got twice Merit award, for best performance work among all during a year. In April-2001, I got promotion as Senior Supervisor (Shift In charge). So a was looked after whole plant.
Job - Profile : DCS Control Room Operations - Handling of Control Room Operations based on Foxboro version - 6.3. Fully monitoring and controlling different operations like distillation column, catalyst handling, various types of chemical heat mass transfer phase reaction and ejector operation. Handling trouble shooting and solving problems.
Field Operations - Handling of various types of Pump Operations, Steam System and taking care of their maintenance work. Handling of Ortho Xylene Storage Tank Farm (Capacity 4,800 KL). Handling of fluid heater operation. Handling of Therminole oil (Heat Transfer Media) operations. Handling of various types of Blower operations and Scrubber system. Cleaning and modification of various types of distillation columns, pumps, heat exchangers and pipelines with safety. Maintenance of plant and instrument air, compressor, utility with safety. Taking care of safety in various types of utility operations like D.M. Water plant, cooling water pumps. Handling of DCS System control valve and its safety.
