Experience Details

DCS handled TDC 3000X, Honeywell, with latest UCN, while simulating and monitoring input, output system signal flows, its functions and details hardware and software knowledge of loops from field to UCN. Handled ABB MOD 300 while simulating and monitoring input output.

PLC: Triconex PLC with its programmer tristation opening and simulating, Modicon

Valves: Control Valves of Masoneilan, Kent, Fisher, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Motorized Valves, O valves, Globe bettis, xomox, ABB Kent Control.

Positioners: Pneumatics/ Electro pneumatics positioners (Masoneilan, PMV More, Fisher, Bailly, Siemens).
Recorders: Yamatake Honeywell, Chinomake, also Analytic Instrument like PH, Density, Moisture conductivity probs, Speed sensor, Thermo Couples, RTD, Switches are during calibration and ABB Cammander 1900 series.

Fire and Gas system: H2S, Hydrocarbon, Smoke Detectors of General Monitors and Modicom PLC.

Capabilities

• Commissioning Activities: - Handled start up commissioning activities, mainly DCS simulation and monitoring for loop logic.

• PLC Commissioning ladder checking relay logic: - Panels checking Field Instrument’s commissioning, Loop checks its calibration, also troubleshooting during bench setups for field instruments calibration.

• Maintenance Activities: - In running plant, during loop checking field instruments, repairs various DCS and PLC input output, analog, digital, PCB repairs, relay logic, electrical contractors, logic fault finding, microprocessor based PLC repairs.

• Constructive Activity: - Handled impulse line according to hook up, cable termination, Instruments installation, Control room Panels, terminators.

• Can read: - P&I Diagrams, Ladder Diagrams, relay contractor’s logic, Plat instrument location and diagrams, Loop diagrams and Electrical Schematic diagrams.
