Exclusively worked for Daily day to day Re-view for Daily work progress report compare to our sub-Contactor work done in field .Also prepare & study the Inst. Lay-out diagram for inst. Signal cable, PID diagram , J.B., Marshalling cabinet installation & wiring connection. Loop test for various process operating units. Prepare the INST.Tag list for calibration of various types of transmitters, control valves, ESD system, HIPPS (High pr. Protective system) System, F&G System, used in reception facilities & HP Separators at 74 bar pr., especially to check the calibration of displacer level transmitters for different Sp.Gr. liquid condensate of two phase’s desalater, cond.Degassing drum at operating pr. 29 bars. Also work for Gas Treating unit having various types of analyzers like, Co2, H2s, and Nox, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5. N2, 02 .Also for NGL Fractionation Unit, Ethane, propane, butane treatment & drying unit. Final product of Lean Gas Export compression using Nuovo Pignone Gas Turbine base compressor having suction pr. 29 Bar & Discharge pr. 90 bar. Also creates punch list as per the As-built diagrams. And communicates to our sub-contractors to minimize the wrong installation work done in field.
Whole plant has two phases, phase 9 & phase 10, each having 1000 MMSCFD Reservoir Fluid capacity. Provided by ON-SHORE Facility. Operated on yokogawa centum 3000 DCS. This project is under some units are construction, pre commissioning & commissioning stages.
