Complete responsibility of a new branch in a frontier zone starting a very challenging and interesting project from stretch (organisation of new offices, infrastructures, exploration work, agreements with ministers, etc.). Implementation of a salt treatment unit in the middle of the desert for supplying seismic crews.

Project manager with 25 years of experience in the oil and gas exploration working with major oil companies (Agip, Elf, Wintershall) providing a high standard quality work and good inter-personnel relationship skills. During my career I have got a lot of experience in geophysical acquisition (very often working in challenging environments, solving logistical and political problems, and using leading edge technologies), geophysical processing (applying state-of-the art software and even processing methodologies at research level and not on the market, yet) and geological interpretation in several geological basins.

Achieving significant cost savings to projects through efficient information management and getting interesting successes are landmarks in my job.

Very involved in HSE management, I am also familiar with the use and development of Safety Management Systems.

Several published papers presented in International conferences and seminars (e.g.: EAGE in Florence in 2002, in Tunis in 2003 and in Vienna in 2006, GEXP in Libya in 2005, First Break 2006).
