Project Engineering Manager

I am seeking a suitable role of a “Project Manager/ Engineering Manager” position within a professional company where my knowledge and experience can be used.

I have seventeen years of experience in mechanical engineering design and construction, having worked as a Senior Project Engineer. I have worked in the roles of “Project Coordinator and Project Leader” in engineering design and construction projects in Middle-East and India. I have handled projects, which were mainly related to the detailed engineering design/construction for power plants (Steam Turbine Generation Power Plant and Thermal Power Plant), oil & gas, refinery, industrial, infrastructure, chemical and petrochemical projects.

I have experience of leading multi-discipline design engineering teams within the process/power engineering sector. I have managed design teams who have design responsibility for projects valued between £5 to 25 million. The projects included design, supply and construction responsibility and they have been delivered to the defined quality standards and within budget.

Passed with distinction and secured GPA 4.0 in May 2007.

B Tech. Mechanical Engineering
Kerala University, India. Secured GPA 3.88 in 1987.

Has a PRINCE 2 Foundation Certification of APMG Ltd, UK. This is equivalent to PMP Certification issued by PMI Inc, USA.

Has a PMI Membership of Project Management Institute (PMI) Inc, Pennsylvania, USA.

Certified Computer skills:
PRIMAVERA P3: certified course for 601 planning and scheduling.
CAESAR- II 4.4- certified course for pipe stress analysis.
