RIG UP & RIG DOWN:

Rig up of Mud logging Unit by fixing sensors, laying sensor cables and connections, calibration of all the parameters used On-line and Rig down the same.

DRILLING PARAMETERS: Total Depth, Rate of Penetration, Instant Rate of Penetration, Total Gas percentage (TCD), Gas Chromatograph, H2S %, Weight On Hook, Weight On Bit, Rotation Per Minute, Stand Pipe Pressure, Pump Strokes, Rotary Torque, Bit Position, Hook Position, Total Bit Hours and dcs.

MUD PARAMETERS: Pit Volumes, Pit Gain/ Loss, Mud Flow In, Mud Flow Out, Mud Density In, Mud Density Out, Mud Temperature In, Mud Temperature Out, Mud Conductivity In, Mud Conductivity Out, Lag Time, Lag Depth, Cycle Time.

DURING PULL OUT /RUNNING IN:

DURING CASING:

Preparing Master Log by using Geoimage Software, Preparing Plots for
D-Exponent/Sigma, NDCS, ROP, Mud Weight, Mud Temperature, Mud Conductivity, Shale density, Shale Factor, Calcimetry. Dril1ing time progress, Well Construction diagram, Deviation Data, and Well Completion Report.
Wire line log analysis and correlation of the sands with the sands of nearby wells.
