Chief Document Controller.
Guidance of all Technical Clerks and Computer operators according to the procedural and documentation requirements specified in Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001:2000 to perform their assigned task in a professional and quality manner. Controlling of Project Documents, such as receiving and transmitting documents to clients for approval, distributing documents to sub-contractors for construction (ISO Drawings, specifications, Vendor documents, RFI¡¦s, ITP¡¦s, QCP¡¦, WPS, Technical Query (TQ), Method Statements (MS),Field Design change (FDC), Material approval request (MAR), & Test packs, Project correspondence letters etc.) Controlling of clerks and operators duties such as document distribution, scanning, filing, photocopying, document status updating and documents details inputting in Co. DCC document registration system (CDRS, & IDMS). Co-ordination with Construction Managers, QA/QC Manager, QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, attending meetings, receiving reports from sub-contractors (surveillance reports, weekly welding reports, repair reports, NDT reports, RFI¡¦s, welder¡¦s status, production reports etc.) Preparing weekly reports & status for Management meeting, correspondence with sub-contractors & Clients, and all other Documents related works.
