Joined Saudi Aramco in October 1997 with the folloiwng positions:
Trainee Engineer (1997-2000)
Rotating Equipment Engineer (2000-2004)
•Rewarded by the management for introducing design modifications that improved reliability.
•Conducted engineering study saved the department amount of US 200,000 $ annually.
•Heavily involved on Arab Super Light (ASL) Batch Increase Project, which boosted the ASL flow rate from 750,000 Barrel per day 1,400,000 Barrel per day.
•Contributed in introducing effective solutions for plant process problems and chronic failures.
Reliability Group Leader (2004-2005)
•Enhance the reliability of the equipments using engine condition monitoring programs; the program drop the annual maintenance cost by 30 %.
•Employed Engine Management Programs to manage the gas turbine fleet database (i.e. of about 74 different turbine units). The program saved the company about US 2,000,000 $ annually.
Project Engineer (2005-2006)
•Assigned as the project engineer of BI-1120 Sales Gas Supply to East West Pump Stations from PS#4 to PS#11. The project includes diligent mechanical & instrumentation upgrade for the gas turbine drivers of the crude oil shipper pumping to be fueled by economic Sales Gas instead of the costly Liquid Natural Gas (NGL). The refurbishment also incorporates the upgrade of the Power Generation Gas Turbines which added significant cost saving for the company.
•Succeeded to pick significant design deficiencies during the construction stage and accordingly the mistakes were corrected in very short timing without affecting the schedule.
•Succeeded to accelerate the progress and meet deadline dates.
•Able to resolve many chronic commissioning issues with the help of vendor and the engineering support divisions.
•Succeeded to sign the project mechanical completion certificate (MCC) 3 weeks ahead before the deadline.
•Recognized and appreciated by the management for the successful completion of the project on the scheduled deadline with high safety standard.
Pipelines & Process Engineer (2006-Now)
•Assigned as the overall department engineer to close the project exception items which are the unresolved technical issues and deficiencies that leftover after the project completion.
•Support new project (BI-1107 NGL Capacity Increase to Yanbu) on the progress Site Walkthrough comments.
