1. Receive full report from out off duty shift which contains all problems have occurred during there shift and any probable problem or failed in units.
2. Checking up for any alarm or failed and make the proper application and observe respond.
3. Checking up the pressure of the inlet manifold, station pressure, launcher pressure, pipeline pressure, and the opening off the inlet and outlet valves, and the gas sale flow rate.
4. Making sure of standard operating of dehydration unit, by checking up levels of glycol in contactor tower and flash drum vessel and surge tank vessel, and circulation pump flow rate and checking for any leak from pump pistons, temperature of boiler, maintain a certain difference between inlet gas and inlet glycol temperature about 3-8°C by controlling the boiler temperature through TV valve.
5. making sure of standard operation of reciprocating compressors, by checking up:
A. Oil levels in compressor crank shaft, and engine crank, recovery oil tank.
B. The temperature of jacket and auxiliary cooling water, the suction and discharge gas temperature, gas after cooler temperature, throws temperature, engine pistons temperature.
C. The vibration of compressor, engine, cooler1, cooler2.
D. The pressure of fuel gas, and air pneumatic pressure.
E. The open of van cooler blades, and recycle valve.
6. Observing the separators units and transferring condensate amounts for sale.
7. Established and maintain overall emergency procedures in coordination with safety department
8. Manage maintenance department and apply the preventive maintenance program on all machines and equipment to minimize problems and shutdown.
9. Participate in preparing, reviewing and evaluate the manufacturing cost to ensure the company cost are efficient.
