Production/Process Engineer ( Oil & Gas)

To accept new challenges and to work with great interest.

I am working as Shift Engineer on a sweet gas plant having a total of 50 mmscfd gas and 500 bbl of condensate production per day. The facility is consisting of Separation Units, DHU, HCDP Unit, Condensate Stabilization Unit and Glycol Regeneration Unit. HCDP unit is facilitated with Turbo Expander Re-compressor and low temperature separator.
My responsibilities as Shift Incharge include Process control, Plant Operation, Production Reporting (Daily Production Report, Monthly Production Report), Daily Shift Report,
Additional assignments include Lab Analysis and Reporting, Checking TEG facilitated CP system, Corrosion inhibitors injection, Overall Corrosion monitoring of the plant, Condensate loading and dispatch & Condensate invoices.
Familiarization with API 570, API 574, API 510 & API 653. Worked on DMS-2 Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement Gauge.
I am also conversant with ASTM, ASME, ANSI, DIN, API and AISI codes.
