Piping Supervisor

Seeking a good position as construction Piping Supervisor where my 13 years of experience will contribute to fulfill your requirement

Having an extensive of Thirteen (13) years hand on experience in project execution of Mechanical and Piping construction in the Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Power plants etc. Oil and Gas cross-country pipelines, Flow lines Flare lines and related facilities. Familiar of all piping system of Power plants, Refinery and Petrochemical plants. Preparation of Method statements, Technical Query. Familiar with test packages, QA/QC documentation and good knowledge of hydro test. ľ Verification and clearing the items of the punch list prior to reinstatement.
ľ Co-ordinate overall project execution plan to meet the targeted schedule.
ľ Preparation of pressure test packages for newly installed pipelines , preparation and clearing of punch items prior to pressure test.
ľ Monitor the work progress and ensure the uniformity and consistency in the application or procedure in conformance of project and specification requirements .
ľ Check and review test package documents that the data contain herein are accurate and complete prior to perform any test.
ľ Checking the piping materials as per codes and process standard specifications.
ľ Inspection of shop fabrication of piping spools and supports .visual inspection of plant piping and piping punch list after installation .
ľ Checking and preparing As-Built revision drawings of isometric drawings.
ľ Responsible for field work monitoring and preparation of look ahead schedules for manpower and material
ƒæ Execution of the piping /Structural works, Inspection of fabrication & Installation , Fit ¡VUp Co-ordination with client¡¦s inspectors co-ordination with in-house stores for material follow up and tracking progress monitoring & reporting Mechanical clearance for hydro testing, pneumatic testing, RT clearances.
ľ Studying the piping and instrument diagrams (P & IDs ) and identifying the pipelines and systems.
ľ Supervision of pipe erection for different piping systems.
ľ Identify equipment location as per general arrangement drawing and prepare layout and measurement .Check installed piping components as per P & ID.
