Construction Engineer (Brownfield)

Possessed ten (10) years of extensive experience in onshore/ offshore oil and gas maintenance work with a good project management skills.

Current position: Construction Engineer for Topside Structural Maintenance (TSM)workboat based.

Scope of work and responsibilities:
1. Execute (TSM) Topside Structural Maintenance and construction activities to ensure timely completion within schedule and approved WP&B.
2. Develop specific short/ long term plan for TSM/ construction activities for effective utilization of resources.
3. Plan and strategize on ad hoc basis for urgent request to avoid production deferment and HSE issues.
4. Review and comment on IFC/ AFC to suite construction related activities accordingly and properly plan for overall execution strategy.
5. Challenge on work pack for scopes, manning and schedule to be fully adhered to PETRONAS rules and regulations.
6. Ensure contractor are vigilant in HSE and fully conversant with PETRONAS codes, standards and specifications throughout work duration.
7. Supervise and act within capacity to solve onsite issues to avoid potential delay and loss to TSM/ construction activities.
9. Manage downtime (weather, mechanical, operational) wisely by having game changer plan for all TSM/ construction activities.
10. Boost up HSE responsibilities and culture among workforce to sustain and improve overall standard of work done
