• Calibration for the level switches and interface level switches (Magnetrol)
• Calibration for the pressure switches(Barksdale, United electric,,delta controls ltd,pyropress)
• Calibration for the tempareture transmitters(Rosemount)
• Recommissioning and trouble shooting for temperature loops
• PM for Vibration loops ( vibration sensors and switches)
• Servicing ,replacing ‘ O ’ rings and function test for solenoid valves( SOV)
• Functional test for ESD valves
• Calibration the Level transmitters and control valves for scrubber level control
• Job reporting

• Knowledge on magnetic flow meter (Rosemount), Vortex Flow meter (Krone-1080) and Rock win mastrol flow meter (Turbine type)
• Calibrating of displacer and float type level transmitter (Masoneilan & Fisher)
• Calibration of interface level transmitter (Masoneilon-displacer type)
• Calibration of pressure switches ( barks dale, pyropress,sor,UEScustomer control sensors(CCS) Delta controls), temp switches(pyropress,barksdale d/t delaval) level switches ( magnetrol,mobrey,gobham,) & dp switches.
• Calibrating of pointer type indicating recorder & draft gauges.
• Commissioning of new field instruments.
