Detail Engineering:
? Involved in Detailed Engineering and Execution of Projects, construction work, pre-commissioning, testing & Calibration for instrumentation project.
? Development of Instrument Specification / Data Sheets.
? Development of underground & aboveground ducting and routing of Instrument cabling, Instrument Index, Control room Layout, Loop drawing for instruments, Location drawings, Detailed Instrument Installation Drawings, Wiring drawings, Sizing calculations, Material / Piping Specifications (as per international Codes) for Instrument Installation, Material Take Off and Procurement support.
? Development of Instrumentation Work specifications as per standards.
? Design of Instrumentation control panels, Junction Boxes.
? Preparation of Project completion Schedule, Organization chart, Manpower & Tools / Machinery requirement analysis.

Field (Site) Experience:

? Execution of Projects in accordance to Schedule.
? Planning, Estimation, monitoring, Manpower Scheduling.
? Supervision of Calibration, Erection, Commissioning of Field Instruments & Control Panels
? Preparation of Calibration reports, Megger reports, Hydraulic test reports, Loop checking reports, etc.
? Reconciliation of the Instruments, materials of the entire project.
? Panel erection in the control room and field as per equipment layout.
? Underground cable laying as per cable trench layout.
? Aboveground conduiting and cable laying as per conduit layout.
? Cable termination as per cable termination drawing.
? Instrument location finalization as per instrument location plan.
? Instrument mountings as per construction drawing.
? Impulse pipe/tube installation as per Hook-up drawing.
? Instrument air supply pipe installation as per instrument air layout drawing.

Duties and Responsibilities – Commissioning
? DCS control loop checking.
? Loop and logic checking of Burner Management System.
? Loop and logic checking of Emergency Shutdown System.
? Loop and logic checking of Compressor.
? Loop and logic checking of condensate polisher.
? Loop and logic checking of stream turbine and motor driven force draft fan.
? Loop and logic checking of boiler feed water pump.

1. 3 years Diploma Engineering in ¡§Instrumentation¡¨.
2. Proficient in SAP R/3 (Systems and Application Products in Data processing) R/3(version4.6) (Intermediate user- PM module)
