RIG MANAGER: (May 2006- March 2008)
• Work as a land rig manager May 2006- Sept 2007 (ADC-14).
• Planned and execute AD14 new contract upgrade (Technically, Safely & financially).
• Managed Jack – up Rig since Sept 07 (AD-08).
STAFF ENGINEER: (2005 and 2006)
• Worked as a staff engineer for 2005 and 2006.
• Assisting rig managers on Start ups (AD-23 & AD36), Relieve rig managers and individual projects.
RIG ENGINEER (Jan 2004 to 2006)
Worked on the following offshore & land rigs projects,
• Study & re-design of BOP high-pressure lines , Mud systems and offshore fire extinguishing Systems
• Study & assist in the renewal of offshore rig accommodations.
• Study & coordinate with Baker Marine the wear behavior and the replacement of the jacking gear pinions on ADC Khafji Offshore rigs.
• Part of the rig re-activation team (Rig Start-up, i.e. AD 23, AD36 & AD 14 ) involving in equipment recertification and replacement.
TDP ENGINEER (June 2003 to Dec 2004)
Completed ADC/Schlumberger Technical Development Program “TDP”,
• Phase 1 – Land Rig: starting as Roustabout and ending with Derrick Man .
• Phase 2 – Land/Offshore Rig: Assistant Driller, Mechanic, Electrician & Barge Master Assistant .
• Phase 3 – Offshore: Rig Engineer. During this phase, the training is done focusing on :
1. Well engineering ,well constructions , HPHT wells drilling and workover
2. Way of Working with different operators ( Aramco & Khafji Joint Operations)
3. how the preventive maintenance system works.
During this program, a selective HSE training attended to enhance the engineer to the supervisory level where he is prepared to be as an Rig/Stuff engineer and the following subjects where very well covered while training and while rig management s
