DISCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE: OPERATION
• I operate five numbers of BORSIC, GERMANY made centrifugal gas boosters 600 T/h each capacity to rotate HYDROGEN SULFIDE gas in a stream of tray columns in closed loops in order to enrich DEUTERIUM OXIDE.
• The operation involves maintaining L/G ratio of the tray columns pressures, mass flows, temperatures and compressor lubricating sealing and partial purging of the gas to maintain purity and steam stripping of effluent liquids.
• I operate PLC based remote control system. Hands on experience SCADA and operating TATA HONEYWELL controllers, FISHER & DEMBLA make control valves and DARLING make double disc air motor operated terminal valves with sealing facility.
• I also operate and check periodically the healthiness of the closed drain, vent and flare system and dump and control relief valves..
• I handle 200 tons of LPG storage and loading /unloading facility. I have got vast exposure in ISO working culture and hazardous working atmosphere. Hence well versed in personal safety devices and EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS.
• I do performance checks and preventive maintenance for pumps and compressors, and prepare daily /weekly reports. Hence I have good working knowledge in MS Office.




COMMISSIONING AND SHUT DOWN COORDINATION EXPERIENCE.
• I have been a part of the commissioning group in exchange units and regularly participating in all major shut down jobs as process coordinator.
• I perform run down, inventory clearing jobs, isolation, sealing, and blinding jobs for shut down maintenance. Isolating ,decontaminating and clearing vessels, tanks, equipments like pumps and compressors and connecting pipe lines with full compliance of safety and laid down procedure for maintenance, is part of my job.
• I do punching as per P & I. and line up, flushing, simulation of running machines and logics, checking operation of control valves, and measuring instruments as part of start up activities after major shut down.
• I perform sensitive leak test and system hydro test for all equipments and vessels after shutdown.
• I participate in cold run and hot run activities and integrity and performance check of the unit.
• I perform HAZAN and HAZOP study for newly installed equipment and do the JHA(job hazard analysis)
• I co-ordinate with permit clearance activity
