Making the daily and monthly reports of the oil projects and send to main offices, clients and who concern (Daily Progress Report, Field Engineer Reports and Daily Survey Report

Managing the personnel movements from offshore to onshore by contact the agents in the ports by sending sign-on and sign-off requirements.
Controlling and managing the barge (Vessel) Documents and reports with the several projects charts (maps) for the pipelines, sleepers, risers and barge locations.
Making and filing all barges reports and send to main offices and clients through fax or email and distribute copies for who is concern.
Processing the time sheets for all ship crew onboard for monthly and daily employees using ETSA programs including the over times.
Using all communication equipments (Radios and internet websites to keep vessel contact with main offices and supporting them by the updating reports.
Attending and making the daily progress meeting agenda with the clients and distributed.
Responsible to arranged, controlling and distribute all electronics equipments (TVs, Printers, Fax Machines, Photocopiers and radios).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling the mobilization of daily employees which includes preparing offers, visa application and travel arrangements
Managing and updating recruitment reports and submitting them to the Supervisor.
Preparing memos for CV submission to various departments
